Amy is a natural health chiropractor/ kinesiologist and mum to 4, based in Brisbane. She is experienced in health and care for young females. She wants to empower young women with knowledge about what their bodies are going through and why and how that can be supported. She believes setting young women up with good body knowledge leads to better health and mental outcomes through out her life.
