Hi, I’m Amy, a certified First Moon Circle facilitator with over 180 hours of training. My role is to guide girls and their families through this important transition with care and understanding.

I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where young girls can learn about their bodies and menstrual cycles in a way that’s fun, empowering, and full of positivity!

As someone who believes deeply in the power of celebrating these special moments, it’s my honour to be part of this journey with you and your daughter. I want her to walk away feeling confident, seen, and excited about her cycle, knowing that this is just the beginning of a beautiful relationship with her body
