Charlotte Pointeaux is the creator of First Moon Circles and the Facilitator Training. She is a Cycle and Embodiment Coach, trained Youth Mentor, Teacher, Podcaster and has 13 years experience in the education industry. She is mother to three little girls and hopes passionately that they grow up knowing that periods are powerful and they can live the life of their dreams.
Charlotte digs deep from personal experience to show girls how to celebrate all that they are, and all that they’re becoming. She loves empowering young people in the way she wished she had been when growing up: with positivity, being heard, accepted and celebrated just as she was.
Charlotte created the First Moon Circle Facilitator Training to initiate passionate people into holding their own menarche circles for girls, and to share in her vision for inclusive, empowering, and holistic period education to become mainstream, so that people can support themselves emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually at the start of the menstrual journey and throughout their lifetime. She also coaches women to find harmony, health and happiness within their own cycles.
Charlotte holds First Moon Circles in her home region of the Southern Highlands NSW, holding seasons circles in Mittagong NSW, and also available to host private circles to celebrate individual girls and their friends as they approach or experience their first period.

I am a qualified naturopath and Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience. I am passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and wellbeing through gentle but effective nutritional and lifestyle support and guidance.
Having become a certified first moon circle facilitator in 2020 I now offer circles to help empower and educate young girls through celebrating their rite of passage at menarche and the provision of comprehensive menstrual cycle education.
In 2019 I began Fertile: Body and Mind, bringing my experience in paediatrics and IVF fertility nursing to my work as a naturopath, specialising in holistic women’s health: preconception care, PCOS, menstrual irregularities (irregular, painful, light, heavy or no periods), hormonal imbalances, infertility, complementary therapies throughout the IVF/ART journey, cycle charting and syncing, life stage changes (menarche through to menopause), teenage health, weight regulation, stress related health problems, positive mindset and mental health.
I am currently studying menstruality (period coaching) and I am a menstrual health advocate, focusing on educating girls and women about how to create healthy menstrual cycles and how to optimise their life through working with their monthly ebbs and flows, rather than against them. My work also focuses on health promotion and fertility awareness for both sexes.
A mother of 2 beautiful children, I am a lover of sport and the great outdoors and enjoy staying fit and healthy: bike riding, running, hiking, gardening, beaching and spending time with my dog, Ollie. I also enjoy a cuppa, a good book, playing my guitar, and the odd red wine.
