Catherine is a Guides leader (Girl Guiding) and First Moon Circle Facilitator, holding circles in Surrey, England. She has practised menstrual cycle and fertility awareness since 2018 and believes all young girls have the right to this knowledge, body literacy and self-empowerment before menarche.
