Join me in a relaxed and fun learning circle discussing all things puberty and menstruation.
We will gather for three hours, which is divided into two parts.
The first part (90 minutes) the children will attend to learn about:
Puberty, Menstruation, Anatomy (girls & boys), Period Products (handouts provided), Questions are answered throughout and refreshments provided during the circle.
The second part (90mins) mums/parents are invited into circle for further learning and a celebration:
The 4 stages of the menstrual cycle, Menstrual Cycle Awareness (cycle charting), crafting, celebration & blessings sharing.

VENUE: The circle will be held in the East London neighbourhood of Highams Park, E4. Free parking is available and there are good transport links.
