I am the daughter of a wild naturalist and breastfeeding advocate and am a Circle Holder and a Menstrual Health Coach living in an urban metropolis.

My own daughter and I have monthly full moon ceremonies, do nightly ecstatic dancing and talk kindly to our many plants. Along with weekly Sister Circles I run First Moon Circles to honour and celebrate menarche, an important and under recognized rite of passage in a child’s life.

I want to set our future cycling adults up for success by seeing them and educating them not only on practicality but also on the sacred interconnectedness between all those who live cyclically and the magic that can be found therein.
