Lily is a mother, love comrade, yoga teacher, and founder of Open Eye Yoga and Healing Space in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was drawn to First Moon Circles while literally googling “how to talk to my daughter about having her period in an empowering way”. Lily believes it’s profoundly important to help girls learn about their bodies, connect to their own knowing within, and to trust in their capability to rise to meet life.

Lily leads First Moon Circles with a gentle, grounded presence, helping girls and their caregivers enter the journey of menstruation with knowledge and confidence. Bringing her background of yoga, space-holding, and community work, Lily creates spaces where girls feel seen and supported. Her “Rooted in Knowing: First Moon Circles” weave education, creativity, and ritual designed to support girls as their bodies begin to change – offering families a meaningful and memorable rite of passage. Lily wants to be part of creating a world where (no matter what season of life you’re in) growing up feels sacred and empowering rather than scary or shameful.
