Zoé is a mother of three living on her homestead in Portugal. She loves living in connection with the earth, the wheel of the year and her personal cycles. She is a Red School menstruality mentor as well as a First Moon Circle facilitator. She has experience in working as a birth and post partum doula and has completed a training in holistic childbirth education. Currently she is studying to become a menstruality informed counsellor. Her greatest passion in life are rites of passage and initiation and how they influence people psychologically, practically, spiritually and culturally. She is deeply in engaged in thought about how we can honour them in a meaningful way within out contemporary culture and enjoy the ritualistic and storytelling part around it with great pleasure.
