I live and work on the lands of the Ngunnawal people in a small town called Dalton, one hour from Canberra. I run women’s circles, menopause workshops and menstrual cycle awareness workshops for women and girls, teach tai chi and meditation, and love to play guitar, drum and ukulele, make art, sew, knit and crochet. I also run a weekly radio show called the women’s room. All of this is on the side of my actual job as a freelance science editor, and being a mum of two teenage boys. I am passionate about many things but tend to get bored easily so I always have different projects on the go! I am 51, a post-menopausal woman who is loving life and wanting to bring that love into the lives of others. I am especially keen to get more First Moon Circles out there into the world and I dream of a world where every single girl has the chance to be part of one.
